Simon and his wife were very helpful and friendly. We needed a vehicle in the last minute and they were super accommodating. Given they are based in Sunshine Coast and we arrived into Brisbane airport, Simon was happy to allow us to pickup directly from the airport with a fee. We rented the Tarago which was fantastic as it was a passenger conversion which allowed our little one to sit together in the second row. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to rent an accessible vehicle up in QLD.

Our mum has recently become wheelchair bound. She announced that she would spend Christmas on her own from now on. We have never had a Christmas on our own. I got in contact with Simon and arranged for a Cube for a week. Because we needed to return mum each evening to her age care for showering etc, we made the trip from Sunshine Coast to Redcliffe on 3 of the days. We also visited her cemeteries to lay Christmas flowers in Redcliffe, Nudgee and Kilcoy. Not only was the vehicle brilliant for what we needed, Simon was amazing in his helpfulness and customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be using their service again.

Nationwide Mobility Vehicles was able to source a wheel chair accessable vehicle for one of my participants with relatively short notice for the Christmas/New Year period. This was appreciated as my participant was able travel with his family to celebrate a milestone birthday, and do several day trips while his family was visiting the area. Nationwide also arranged drop of and pick up of the vehicle, which took a lot of stress out of the situation. I have used Nationwide on prior occasions, and find they are very easy to work with and make arrangements, and I would certainly use them again without hesitation.

We were really pleased with our interaction with Nationwide Mobility Vehicles at Aroona. The people were friendly and helpful. The bus was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well on a day of 41 degrees. All the locking mechanisms worked well and the electric wheelchair was secure. The ramp was easy to use and provided a safe and secure means of boarding the bus for my brother. There was plenty of leg room for David to be able to have his legs raised to give him ease on the 4 hours he spent in the bus. A very positive hiring experience and we will certainly consider using their vehicle again should the need arise.
